Q. Can i get things like: Land line telephone line/mobile
phone contracts etc…..
A. Telephone land lines can be obtained only for those
holding residency. H.P agreements are at the discretion of the
individual outlets. Mobile phone contracts are available, when
applying you will need your passport with you.
Q. Earthquake Tax?
A. It is statuary government requýrement that all new
buildings have earthquake insurance cover.
Q. Where can i get house insurance from? Are they good,
reliable?
A. You can obtain insurance cover from any bank who will
offer various packages to suit you.
Q. Building specifications. On surroumding areas? Are there
any plans in place?
A. Any area of open land not belonging to Golden Moon
Houses could possibly be used for further development by others.
However we will endeavour to obtain information if possible.
Q. Surrounds and Windows / Doors-What materials are used?
A. Depending on the project we will use PVC Windows and a
complementary door to match
Q. Are the materials used TSE registered?
A. All materials and fixtures & fittings used are Turkish
Standard Enstution (TSE) registered.
Q.
What happens on the legal side of things? What will i need?
A. A passport is all that is required from you. All
paperwork pertaining to the purchase of the property is done
through the local government offices and customers are invited
to have everything checked by theýr own solicitor if they choose
to appoint one. A solicitor can be consulted here upon request.
Q.
Notary – Who will
take me there? Will they speak English? Will all documentation
be translated into english?
A. All customers will be accompanied to the Notary by an
English speaking staff member and all the procedures will be
explained in full. All documentation will be in Turkish but any
translations can be arranged with a goverment approved
translator for a small fee.
Q. What is a Tapu? Will all the papers be in my name?
A. The Tapu is the Title Deeds for the property. The Tapu
will be registered in either joint or single names at the
purchaser’s request.

Are they freehold properties?
A. All properties are Freehold unless specifically stated
Q. How do you get residency, if at all? Ýf not how long can
i stay in Turkey at any one time?
A. Residency details are available and is relatively easy
to obtain. Golden Moon Houses are available to help you with
this process. Prior to obtaining residency, entrance visas must
be renewed every 90 days.

What does your basic package consist of?
A. Our basic package consists of : all ceramics and
accessories for the bathrooms, kitchen ceramics, flooring
throughout, light fittings and wall colours from a choice
available. Cables for air-condition units and plumbing for
central heating will already be in place also fittings for T.V
and telephone lines are included.

Do you furnish
the villas?
A We do furnish if requested but are happy to direct you
to the appropriate furniture shops if not.
Q.
Can i change the
interior plans, if in the early stages of construction? And what
about the later stages of construction?
A. Interior plans can be changed if requested at the onset
of each Project. Ýf changes are requested near completion than
charges may be incurred.
Q. What is
included in the Golden Moon Houses 3 year warrenty?
A. Golden Moon Houses 3 year warrenty states that any
defects with the building materials, fixture and fittings which
have been included will be replaced or repaired should any fault
occur. Golden Moon Houses are not liable for any damage caused
by the owner of the properties. All furniture etc. Are covered
by manufacturers garentee.
